Refund, Cancellations, and Returns Policy

At Moissanite by G, we take pride in creating custom-made jewelry to your specifications. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return or cancel an order. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds, cancellations, and returns.

 

2. Refunds

2.1. Custom-Made Jewelry: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made jewelry, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for custom-made items unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2.2. Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will inspect the product, and if a defect is found, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. The defective item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

 

3. Cancellations

3.1. Order Cancellations: Orders for custom-made jewelry cannot be canceled once the production process has begun. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the production process has not started, we may be able to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

3.2. Cancellation Process: To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will confirm whether the cancellation is possible and process the refund if applicable.

 

4. Returns

4.1. Non-Custom Items: For non-custom items, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

4.2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

4.3. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

 

5. Shipping Costs

5.1. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is being returned due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

5.2. Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
